The www.chateau-latour.com Site is an institutional website solely intended to present the Société Civile du Vignoble de Château Latour.

The purpose of the Site is therefore not to practise electronic commerce.

In principle, you can navigate on our Site without having to disclose personal information such as your name or your address, phone number or email address. However, Château Latour maintains this Site for use by persons lawfully permitted to consume or purchase alcoholic beverages, accessing the Site from countries where the consumption or purchase of alcoholic beverages is legal.

Please leave this Site immediately if you do not agree to the General Terms of Use, or if your age is not at least the legal age for the consumption of alcoholic beverages in the country in which you are located, or if you are in a country where the use of these sites is not authorized.

The Société Civile du Vignoble de Château Latour collects personal data, notably in the Site’s "Contact us" section, and/or through other questionnaires. In accordance with current regulations, this processing of personal data by Château Latour from its Internet site has been the subject of the formalities required by the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL) and required by French law.

No personal data is collected or distributed without your knowledge on Château Latour’s site. In accordance with law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to data protection, amended by law no. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, the Société Civile du Vignoble de Château Latour collects data in a fair and lawful manner. The providing of personal data also enables us to reply to messages sent by visitors to our Site via the “Contact us” page or through other questionnaires.

Consequently, unless otherwise stated, the intellectual property rights relating to the documents contained in the Site and all of the elements created for the Site are the exclusive property of the Société Civile du Vignoble de Château Latour; the Société Civile du Vignoble de Château Latour does not grant any licenses to use these elements or any other rights regarding these elements, with the exception of the right to consult the Site that is granted to Internet users. In particular, rights relating to trademarks and other intellectual property rights mentioned on the Site are the property of the Société Civile du Vignoble de Château Latour.
